BIOGRAPHY
Mariham’s prior experience includes her work for a national law firm in their mass tort litigation and products liability departments handling numerous aspects of complex civil litigation in state and federal court. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado, and she holds admissions to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Seventh Circuits.
Educationally, Mariham obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019, where she graduated with the prestigious Order of the Coif. She made notable contributions as the Outreach Editor for the Denver Law Review, Vol. 96, and gained invaluable experience as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable William Hood of the Colorado Supreme Court. Her academic achievements were recognized with the Scholastic Excellence Award in Intellectual Property and the Reese Persuasive Writing Award, among others.
Following law school, Mariham clerked with the Honorable William Hood of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Honorable Diana Terry of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Before embarking on her legal career, Mariham earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from The University of Sydney School of Pharmacy in 2008, showcasing her multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving. She also worked as a clinical pharmacist, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry for Pfizer, Sandoz, and Novartis. In those roles, Mariham was lauded for her exceptional performance and leadership, receiving accolades such as the Most Outstanding Performer in various capacities at Pfizer Australia.
A dedicated member of the legal community, Mariham maintains active memberships in prestigious organizations including the American Health Lawyer’s Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
Beyond her professional commitments, Mariham is deeply involved in community service, contributing her time and talents to the Local Mission Ministry at St. Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Church. She has also utilized her litigation expertise in representing pro bono clients in obtaining habeas corpus relief.
Mariham brings a wealth of expertise from her clerkships and her experiences in complex litigation and representing national clients.
